mapstruct set mapping extends class


problem 1:

Ticket entity

public class Ticket {

Ticket DTO ( Parent class )

Tickets with notes DTO

Comment on the mapper interface

Error caused :

 Ambiguous mapping methods found for mapping collection element to
dto.TicketDTO: dto.TicketDTO mapToTicketDTO(model.Ticket ticket),
dto.TicketWithCommentsDTO mapToTicketWithCommentsDTO(model.Ticket ticket).

It's a simple fix , It's really a missing configuration problem . What is missing is @IterableMapping Comments .

As you can see , I am here WheelDto Not on lastUserId, So I want to be in wheel Each object in the collection will CarDto Of userId Mapping to WheelDto Of lastUserId.

Property cannot be passed at this time . however , You can @AfterMapping and / or @Context Solve this problem .

Update wheels after car mapping

Use MapStruct, There are two collections in my source object , It contains slightly different objects . I want to map the objects of these two collections to generic types , Then insert them all into a single collection . Similar to :

UserNumber phoneToPhoneDto(PhoneNumber phone);
UserNumber faxToPhoneDto(FaxNumber fax);
