Every subordinate is a unique living individual , Each has a unique personal profile , As a leader , Be considerate of your subordinates , Be able to understand the situation of subordinates , In this way, we can establish a trust relationship with our subordinates , Work can only be carried out in the context of smooth reason .

Be considerate of your subordinates , Leadership requires empathy .

So called empathy , It refers to the ability to enter the other person's inner world and experience their inner feelings , Then express your understanding of the other person's feelings in your own words , To feel understood 、 Being accepted . Empathy is from the other person's point of view , Rather than from their own reference system to understand each other's ability .
